GoBooster CRM provides SaaS based CRM tools for lead management, clients, follow-ups, tasks, invoices, quotations, payments, products, tickets, documents, reports, website builder and related business workflows.
Features, limits, premium modules and access may vary according to the subscription plan selected by the customer.
The tenant admin is responsible for maintaining correct company details, billing details, tax information, staff access, passwords and customer data entered into the CRM.
Subscription fees are payable according to the plan and billing cycle shown during checkout. Online payment may be processed through third-party payment gateway providers.
Subscription access is intended to activate after successful payment verification or after approved manual invoice/payment mode where enabled by the platform owner. If payment is pending, failed, reversed or flagged by the gateway, access may remain inactive, limited or suspended.
Customers must use GoBooster CRM only for lawful business purposes. The service must not be used for spam, fraud, harassment, illegal content, unauthorized scraping, malware, violation of privacy rights or any activity that harms the platform or other users.
We try to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Planned maintenance, emergency fixes, hosting issues, gateway issues, internet outages or third-party provider issues may affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate access if there is non-payment, suspected fraud, misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, violation of these terms or a request from lawful authority. On expiry or termination, access to paid features may be stopped.
GoBooster CRM software, design, code, brand, workflows, graphics and platform materials remain the property of their respective owner/licensor. Customers receive only a limited right to use the service during an active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoBooster CRM and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business loss arising from use or inability to use the service, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, leads, customers or revenue.
