By using our website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription or making payment through our checkout, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- Identity and contact information: name, business name, email address, mobile number, billing address and tax details where applicable.
- Account information: login credentials, role, tenant profile, staff records, module permissions and subscription plan details.
- Payment information: order id, payment id, payment status, invoice number, amount, billing cycle, coupon usage and gateway response details. Sensitive card, UPI PIN, net banking password and wallet credentials are handled by the payment gateway and are not stored by GoBooster CRM.
- CRM information: leads, clients, tasks, follow-ups, invoices, quotations, payments, products, support tickets, documents and notes entered by authorized tenant users.

GoBooster CRM offers optional WhatsApp Official / WhatsApp Business Cloud API features powered by Meta. When a tenant connects WhatsApp through Embedded Signup or manual configuration, we may receive and store business identifiers such as WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, display phone number, message content, delivery status, customer profile name and related metadata required to send and receive business messages.
Authentication during Embedded Signup uses Facebook Login for Business provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta may process personal data according to Meta Privacy Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Tenant users are responsible for obtaining lawful consent from their customers before sending WhatsApp messages, marketing communications or automated replies through the platform.
- We do not sell WhatsApp message content to third parties.
- Message data is stored to provide inbox, automation, AI reply, reporting and support features for the tenant account.
- Tenants may disconnect WhatsApp at any time from CRM settings.
8. User Data Deletion Instructions
If you want your personal data removed from GoBooster CRM, you may request deletion using any of the methods below. We will verify the request and delete or anonymize eligible data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law, billing, tax, security or dispute resolution.
If your data was collected by a business using GoBooster CRM as their service provider, please contact that business first. That business (tenant admin) controls the CRM records for their customers and leads.

- Include: your full name, registered email/mobile, tenant/business name and the data you want deleted.
- Tenant admins may delete CRM records directly from their admin panel where they have access.
- After WhatsApp disconnect, associated messaging tokens and connection identifiers are removed from the tenant account.
